Each product is specially designed and prepared for you, therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we do accommodate changes for damages caused by design or product flaws. If you encounter any issues, please feel free to message us.

Order Tracking:
Your shipping confirmation will be received only once your items are fulfilled. To monitor your order status, please provide both your account email and order number. Once the package is sent out, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to check the shipment status on our website.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide your correct email address and mobile number during the checkout process.
Unsuccessful deliveries due to blank mobile columns cannot be compensated.
PO Boxes or BFPO addresses are not accepted for express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, including apartment or unit numbers. Non-delivery or additional shipping fees due to personal reasons will not be covered by Lvystylely.
Detailed tracking of your order is available only after it reaches your country’s facility. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the package to reach you after it arrives in your country.
